    These are the answers of most of you. Let's see now why we are overthinking.....  



         When we have a problem, we get very upset, sad and afraid.  Some people forget the memory of the problem in a few days and normalize it, while for some people the same problem remains in the mind for a long time.  They spend a lot of time thinking about that problem.


    How do we really make up our minds about a problem without overthinking it?  

    First of all, we should think carefully about our problem without being sensitive or worried.

          1) What really happened?  

          2) Why did that happen?  

          3) What is the biggest impact of this?  

         4) Who was affected?  

         5) Is it an irreparable problem?

         6) If possible, what are the measures?  

         7) Who is with you at this time?

         8) What advice do they give?

         9) What kind of results can be produced by implementing them?

        

          When we think from this angle, the real meaning of our problem becomes clear to us.  When this becomes clear, the stress and unnecessary fear in our mind will disappear automatically.  Even if the problem is not completely solved, it helps to set one's mind to a certain level and not to overthink.


         So from now on, when you have a problem, don't worry about it for nothing and try to understand the problem in parts.  If it is difficult to do it alone, ask an adult or a friend for advice.  Don't overthink things unnecessarily and Don't limit your beautiful life within the walls of a mental hospital room...
